Europe Dépannage is a vehicle breakdown and towing company. Prices are given before any intervention, according to the type of intervention and the distance; the applicable price is the one confirmed on the phone before the truck leaves. The French version of this notice prevails.

Who we share your data with
Only with those who need it for the service: your insurance company or its assistance platform when the intervention is covered by your policy; the garage where you ask us to drop the vehicle; OVHcloud (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France) for hosting the site. We never sell or rent your data and never use it for targeted advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to portability. Write to contact@europedepannage.fr or to the registered office. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
