Roadside assistance in the Pays de Gex

• Flat battery: we get your vehicle started again.
• Puncture: we fit your spare wheel so you can reach a garage safely.
• Minor fault: anything that can be sorted at the roadside, without a workshop.

If the fault needs a workshop, we tow your vehicle to the garage of your choice or to one of our trusted partners. You do not pay for two call-outs: the truck that comes to help you is the one that tows you.

1. You call +33 4 80 16 19 37. Tell us where you are (town, road, landmark), which vehicle, and what is happening.
2. We assess on the phone: the situation, your exact location, the urgency. We give you the price before we leave.
3. The truck arrives: we tell you on the phone when we can be there.
4. Repair on the spot when possible; otherwise, towing straight away.

• Switch on your hazard lights and put on your high-visibility vest before leaving the vehicle.
• On a busy road, stand behind the barrier with your passengers, away from the traffic.
• Off the motorway, place the warning triangle about thirty metres back if you can do so safely.
• On the motorway, use the orange emergency phones first: only the operator's approved recovery companies may attend there. On main or local roads in our area, call us directly.

The price depends on the type of intervention and, for a tow, on the distance. We give you a precise price before any intervention, on the phone.

If your policy includes breakdown cover, check it before you call: with some policies, the insurer's assistance number has to arrange the call-out. Without cover, you pay the price given before the intervention. We explain the usual cases in our tips.
